Peter Söltl, born in 1995 in Nuremberg (Germany), grew up in a musically inclined family, strongly influenced by both his father and mother.
He studied drums at the Vocational School for Music in Nuremberg and at the Music Conservatory in Osnabrück. Throughout his career, Peter has worked with many artists from different genres. This includes a long-term collaboration with pop artist „MELE“.
In 2021 he published the drum education book „Odd Meters – Krumme Taktarten meistern“ together with the „AMA-Verlag“. In addition to his work as a drummer, he regularly composes his own music, most recently as part of the global music project „clasoe“, which was highly praised in the press.
2025 Peter starts his new and first solo project ‚joseff‘. A jazz fusion project where different influences and genres come together.
